NON-GMO White corn (Grown in Australia), Cheese, Water, Sugar, Salt
Place frozen Arepa on a grill/saucepan on medium/high heat. Turn every five to six minutes until light golden colour.

Spread/put your favourite topping on, e.g. butter, eggs, ham, bacon, Vegemite, avocado/guacamole. Alternatively, slice your Arepa open and fill it up with your favourite stuff, e.g. pulled chicken/beef, beans, eggs, ham, bacon, avocado/guacamole, salad and enjoy it!
